Flooding update 31/10/23

We are back up and running but at a reduced capacity.  We are now shipping orders out but it may take us a little time to get back up to speed.

We can only send out via courier at this moment in time.

Flooding update 23/10/23

We are currently closed for a few days due to local flooding.

 

The river Trent passes at the bottom of our yard and the river has burst it’s banks over the weekend which means we are unable to safely access any parts of our buildings.  A number of neighbouring businesses are also affected by this issue.  

 

Unfortunately, this does also mean that there will be a delay in dispatching orders by a few days.  

 

We are also currently unable to accept deliveries which mean production will not be running and this may temporarily affect availability of some products.

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

 

We hope to get back to normal in a few days and appreciate you bearing with us!
