Delivery Charges within the UK*:
Own Van Deliveries – Within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your area – all orders received will receive email notification of confirmed delivery day.
We DO NOT deliver to Wales, Scotland, Cornwall or Northern Ireland in our own vans
Please order in good time, to allow us to plan our routes effectively
Courier Deliveries - Our couriers offer a change the day option – please do not select this. Our orders are packed to be sent and delivered within 24 hours (48 hours in some locations) and are time sensitive due to their frozen nature.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, and you would like a substitution please specify in the comments box. If no comment has been made about substitution a refund will be made as we are unable to substitute random items due to potential allergies in dogs.
Express Courier Deliveries Orders place before 9.30am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day if you have selected for next day courier delivery. Orders placed after 9.30am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Standard Courier Deliveries We endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days from receiving your confirmed order.

*All Delivery charges exclude Scotland, Highlands & Islands Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and channel Islands - (Delivery dates will take longer for none mainland UK orders this can be between 2 and 4 days please contact our support team for more information).
There will be NO weekend or Bank Holiday courier delivery. Orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We accept NO responsibility for delayed orders via courier. Once your order leaves us it is out of our hands. Please contact the courier company in the first instance and track your parcel. We will endeavour to assist you with this should there be a delay.
If you select the wrong delivery option i.e. van delivery and our van does not cover your area, we will contact you with the option of paying the additional courier fee or cancelling the order.

Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order weight is 10kg this is the minimum amount that we can guarantee to remain frozen during transit.
Out of Stock Products
There may be an occasion that an item on your order is out of stock, if this occurs, we will contact you to either arrange a substitution or a suitable delivery date or advise you that your shipment will be split (subject to the 10kg minimum order).
Refunds
Changed your mind? We accept cancellations up until we dispatch your item. Because the items are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after this point.
We've made a mistake or item isn't correct? Please contact us and we will endeavour to correct the situation.
We will offer a store credit in the first instance for returns however refunds to original payment methods may be requested. Refunds to cards take between 3 and 10 working days to appear on your statement.
